ECMA B20.04.00.00 Two-double-wall tray, webbed corners

Nib Nicks

12×12 mat — 5.40″ × 10.41″

Unglued selflocking tray with 2 double walls; locking flaps system with fold over ends with webbed corners. Each corner closes on a single diagonal fold — a web — so the tray erects with no glue and no corner tabs. The two end walls fold back down inside themselves, and a bump on each folded edge, sized by the Nib slider, tucks behind a tongue slit into the base. ECMA catalogue, p.39 ↗
